Can't find HTML Macro after installing when different HTML Macro is already installed

Problem

I added an Artemis HTML Macro to my instance and now can't find the macro. I already have a different Macro installed on my instance as well

Solution

This is a known issue with Atlassian Confluence as some HTML editor shares the same name. So you can only have one installed at a time. You can migrate your pages from one HTML app to another with no loss of data.

  1. Uninstall other HTML app
  2. Install our App.
    1. If you already have our App installed all you have to do it step 1 and 3. 
  3. Depending on the type of HTML that you have, if it is not fully functional then just edit the macro and unclick the sanitize feature. Please read our user guide that fully goes over the sanitization feature for any ramifications.
    1. If you do decide to switch again please note that if you uninstall an HTML app and you don't have another in place it will look like the data is not rendering and you will get an error message if you attempt to edit it. When you install the other app it will then correct itself.
