Setting to Prohibit Submission Deletion in Reports

The ability for an admin to globally prohibit users from deleting rows (submissions) in Easy Form Reports has been added. This setting can be used to prune out the “Delete” links in Easy Form Reports.

There is a new global admin setting in the admin tool:

Also, if you do not want to enable the global setting then your Easy Form Report macros can be individually configured to prohibit the deletion of submissions:

If deletion is prohibited then the “Delete” links are not rendered in an Easy Form Report and server-side authorization checks are performed to validate that the prohibition is honored.
