Problem

Error: transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback - only or 359 ERROR 

or similar error

Cause

This error is due to attachment size mismatch.

Solution

  • Look at your log   
  • find the errors
    • Search for 
      • 359 ERROR 
      • "AttachmentDataStreamSizeMismatch"
      • or just Attachments
  • find the page
    • Find the PageID number in the error
    • https://prid.artemistestng.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=34144462                                                                                                                                                                              
  • on the page go to the attachments                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  • fix the attachment
    • download
    • reupload
