New
Multi-team planning
Multi-team planning custom fields have been added
Now you can assign multiple teams to tasks to perform long-term planning and estimate the needed team effort. Calculate how many resources are needed to implement the plan and how many resources are left for other topics.
Two new fields have been added:

Multi-team planning (Time Estimates)
The new fields allow you to assign a team and its effort to a task:
Note: The muti-team estimates are stored in BigPicture and aren’t connected to any Jira field - they do not affect the estimate and team fields of tasks. This lets you later easily compare the initial plan to the actual exectution. This lets you later easily compare the actual work done to the initial plan.
Use the resources panel to see how the workload estimation calculations. Make sure to adjust the view settings to see the calculations for the planning data.
Note: For the calculations to work, the tasks need to have start and end dates.
OKR module
Custom fields are available for the OKRs
OKR custom fields empower organizations to track specialized data points—such as strategic alignment, risk levels, or department-specific tags—directly within their OKRs. By capturing information that standard fields might miss, they enable you to adapt BigPicture to your unique framework.
Tailored reporting: Categorize and filter OKRs based on the specific business criteria that matter most to your leadership.
Enhanced context: Centralize all relevant OKR details in one view, improving transparency and decision-making during quarterly reviews.
Custom fields are managed in the OKR module settings.

Resoureces module
The old view of the Resources module has been disabled
The old view of the Resources module is no longer accessible.
The button allowing you to switch to the old version has been removed.
Enhencements
Teams
OKR team roles have been removed
Roles (Admin, Manager, User) can no longer be assigned to team members.
Teams are created and managed in the OKR module settings.
Team Managers are no longer on the list of ownership-based roles for the OKR module.

User Interface changes
“New” label has been removed from the Risk Management, OKR, Priorities, and Financials module.
The banner button on the homepage has been changed to “Create box”.
The three-dot menu has been removed (applies to the new navigation). The view options can be adjusted in the Indicators drop-down.
The “Charts” button in the Overview module has been changed to “+”.
