Effort progress
The Effort progress report visualizes the project's progress in terms of effort according to the following formula: timeSpent / (remainingEstimate + timeSpent).
This report displays three data points that summarize all tasks within the selected box.
Original Estimate (this data point is always colored 100% and shows only the value of the Original Estimate)
Time Spent (Formula of the blue bar indicating the progress of the Time Spent:
