Basic tasks

Bulk convert basic tasks into Jira work items

All tasks are converted to the same Jira work item type.

• The task tree structure is preserved - a task that was a parent will still be a parent.

• The start and end dates are preserved.

• Dependencies between tasks are preserved.

• Assignee is preserved.

To convert multiple tasks to Jira work items, first select the tasks.

Then, right-click on a task and select Convert to Jira issue.

Select the:

• Jira space in which the tasks will be created (required)

• Select an issue type (required)

• Fill out the Label field if you want to add a label to the tasks (optional)

Then click Save to initiate the conversion.

Note: The additional conversion screen that allows you to fill in Jira fields does not appear during a bulk conversion.

Homepage reports

Reports are available on the new homepage

You can view key global reports directly from the homepage, providing faster visibility into important metrics without navigating through multiple menus.

Available reports:

• Boxes by Status

• OKRs by Status
