Strategic theme creation
The following attributes are defined during the creation of the Strategic theme and sub-theme. Each of those characteristics can be edited on the OKR details page.
note A Strategic theme and its optional sub-theme share the same attributes and behavior throughout the app. For that reason, we will refer to both simply as “Strategic theme” unless noted otherwise.

Strategic themes are the top-level goals whose type cannot be modified (or hidden) in the module settings. They are always of the Strategic theme type. | ||
Owner | The assignee responsible for delivering the Strategic theme. By default, it is the person who created the Strategic theme, but it can be edited. | |
Collaborators | Team members/ other stakeholders responsible for the Strategic theme. | |
Teams involved in delivering the Strategic theme. | ||
A descriptive tag that is used for categorizing and organizing the Strategic theme. | ||
Contribution (Weight) | It reflects how much a sub-theme contributes to its parent Strategic theme's progress upon full completion. By default, all Strategic themes and OKRs under the same Strategic theme share the contribution equally, but you can edit contribution values for individual Strategic themes and OKRs. |

You can also come across specific Strategic Theme attributes when updating its status and progress.

Strategic theme closure
There is a set of specific attributes related to Strategic Theme/sub-Strategic Theme closure.
