View adjustments

The following view adjustment options let you customize how data is displayed to better fit your needs and make it easier to navigate, analyze, and manage your work effectively.

  • Filters and search - refine your view by narrowing down the list of boxes or tasks within a box based on various conditions.

  • Group tasks - organize and sort tasks using different field values to simplify data analysis and visualization.

  • Layout - adjust line spacing for optimal readability, with compact, regular, and wide settings available.

  • Column views - display project data in a structured, table-like format. Customize the view by adding new and deleting existing columns and customizing their aggregation method.

  • Card views - mark your preferred view as favorite and switch between the various card views that are used by the Board and Risks modules.

  • Dark mode - enable dark mode on your Jira cloud instance, and it will automatically activate for the app.
