Prioritization templates
Prioritization templates (old navigation)
The Priorities module offers eight predefined prioritization templates. You can also create your own template. Prioritization templates are set per box, allowing different teams to work on their templates without conflicts. You can switch templates whenever needed, and all data entered in the previous template is saved.
The template you choose will be consistently applied across all tasks, boxes, and goals.

Value vs Effort | It takes into consideration the value your priority is going to deliver and the effort it’s going to take. This method is recommended for the priority matrix. Score formula:

Quick Wins | It goes beyond the traditional approach of the high-impact, low-effort quadrant of the matrix. It adds a health score that looks at the feasibility of delivering an item, the team size needed to complete the job, and the type of win it is. Score formula:

Important vs Urgent (Eisenhower Matrix) | With this template, you can prioritize tasks by categorizing them based on their importance and urgency. Score formula:
