Risk management module (NEW)

Risk management module (old navigation)

About the Risk management module

With the new Risk management module, you can register, assess, and prioritize risks without leaving BigPicture. You can also monitor progress and link risks to your company's day-to-day work. When creating a risk register, you can choose from four industry-standard risk management templates. All templates are fully customizable.

The module allows you to create as many risk registers and calculations per box as you need.

The following video presents an overview of the Risk Management module.

Multiple risk registers

Multiple risk registers can help you with:

  • Categorizing risks by type, category, or nature.

  • Managing risk assessments by different teams.

Multiple calculations

Multiple calculations within a single risk register can help you with:

  • Comparing initial risk assessments with residual risks.
