OKR Hierarchy

Overview

The OKR Hierarchy page visualizes a family tree for your company's goals. It shows how big, ambitious goals (like the company vision) are broken down into smaller, actionable steps for different teams. The OKR Hierarchy view helps everyone understand how their work fits into the bigger picture.

Company view

By default, the Overview shows all top-level OKRs for the selected period. If no teams are selected, you will see the entire structure. You can explore further by expanding the tree to view everything planned for that period. Use the buttons on the screen or your mouse/trackpad to zoom in and out.

To explore the contributing items of the top OKRs, click the Show button on the OKR card. The number of expandable elements will be shown. To collapse the structure, simply click the Hide button.

Team view

You can select one or more teams to see how their OKRs are connected. Just select the teams in the Team selector at the top of the page.

After selecting a specific team, you will only see that team's OKRs for the chosen period. If you select multiple teams, all their top-level OKRs will appear at the same level.

Higher-level Objectives will not be visible unless the teams assigned to those Objectives are also selected.

You can filter your view further by selecting a label in the Label selector at the top, along with the Period and OKR type.

Export/Share the hierarchical view
Currently, the easiest way to export the view is by taking screenshots of the selected section. But you can share the current Hierarchy view via the shareable link.
