Create portfolio box
Create a portfolio box (old navigation)
Create a portfolio box in the Overview module
+Add new (button)
Go to the Home (root) box > Overview module.
Click the +Add new button.
Select the Portfolio box type.
Enter:
Name (required)
Start and end dates are automatically set to today. You can edit start/end dates now or later.
Change:
Icon (optional)
Icon color (optional)
Click Create.

Start working with BigPicture (tile)
Go to the Home (root) box > Overview module.
Under the How do you want to start working with BigPicture? section, click the Create new portfolio tile.
Select the Portfolio box type.
Enter:
Name (required)
Start and end dates are automatically set to today. You can edit start/end dates now or later.
Change:
Icon (optional)
Icon color (optional)
Click Create.

Mouse over the line separating the boxes until the plus (+) icon appears.
Click it.
Select the Portfolio box type.
Enter:
Name (required)
Start and end dates are automatically set to today. You can edit start/end dates now or later.
Change:
Icon (optional)
Icon color (optional)
Click Create.
Limitations
You cannot create a sub-box under a closed or archived parent box. The plus icon is grayed out.

Create a portfolio box in the Overview module
Create new (via button)
Go to the Main box > Overview module.
Click the Create new button.
Modal displays. On the modal, under the Type, select Portfolio.
In the Name field, enter the name of your portfolio box. You can leave the default name and edit it later.
Start and end dates are automatically set to the current date. You can edit them now or later.
Optionally, change the icon and the icon background color to improve identification within the box hierarchy.
Click Create.
Create new (via quick action)
Go to the Main box > Overview module (Hierarchy mode).
Click the middle arrow to expand Quick actions.
Open a dropdown on the Create new tile.
Select Portfolio from the list.
Modal displays. On the modal, in the Name field, enter the name of your portfolio box. You can leave the default name and edit it later.
Start and end dates are automatically set to the current date. You can edit them now or later.
