Workday

Integrating BigPicture with Workday allows for automated synchronization of employee absences, ensuring that project timelines are always up to date. You can integrate fully or partially.

• Full integration - when all resources are managed in Workday, integration with Workday fully replaces BigPicture absences. Once the integration is active, manual adjustments in BigPicture are disabled to prevent inconsistencies.

• Partial integration - if some resources are not in Workday, you can still manage their data manually in BigPicture. Partial integration lets you be flexible in resource management across systems. Users who are in Workday are mapped with BigPicture by their email addresses.

Tempo

Synchronization with Tempo allows you to synchronize resources, workload plans, holiday plans, skills, teams, and team members. You can automate synchronization with Tempo and select what and when you want to synchronize.

BigTemplate

• Export all management data from BigPicture and BigGantt to preferred file formats (.xlsx, .odt, .csv, .mpp, .mpx, .pdf).

In BigPicture, you can define resource capacity based on workload plans and non-working days resulting from holiday plans and individual absences.

Add 7pace Timetracker columns to break down logged time by person or category (e.g., billable hours). Easily compare time spent against individual capacity in 7pace’s Times Explorer to monitor workload. This integration offers detailed visibility into effort distribution and helps align time tracking with resource planning.
