It is possible that after upgrade to version 4.0 your JIRA installation has 2 Warden add-ons, one which is disabled and one enabled.

Explanation

We changed the key of the Warden add-on to something more appropriate. At upgrade time, we perform some actions which are supposed to delete the old Warden add-on, but those operations may fail.

Steps to reproduce

  1. You perform the upgrade to 4.0
  2. In some cases, your JIRA installation now have two Warden add-ons
  3. You can safely remove the disabled Warden add-on

Do not uninstall the new Warden add-on, the one that is enabled! If you do this, all licensed add-ons will cease to function
