How to input Scaffolding contents in version 4.x? Some xxx-option macros does not appear and inputting xxx-data does not work in 'Edit Data'

If you are used to using the Scaffolding app in Confluence 3.x and earlier, you may be unaware that for Scaffolding 4.x and later, inputting data is done differently from before.
In previous versions, the user inputs Scaffolding data under Edit mode > Edit Data, before or after the page is created.
In the current iteration, the page must be created first, then the user goes to Edit Contents mode (the Edit Contents button appears beside the Edit button) of the page to input Scaffolding data.
This is a design decision to make it easy for users who simply want to edit the page without the need to navigate through two pages (Edit and Edit Layout) to make changes to the page.
Also, for the option-generating macros, the item containing them must be clicked (blank field) for the list of options to appear.
