Installation & Compatibility
Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards is an extension of the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app. This extension adds functionality specific to Jira Service Management on top of the existing rich filters. If you are not already familiar with the rich filters, you should first have a look at the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards documentation.
Installation
The app may be installed from the Atlassian Marketplace or from the Find new add-ons page of your Jira instance.
Please follow these steps before and after installing Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards:
- before installing the app – you must have a compatible Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app version already installed and licensed (see the compatibility matrix below)
- after installing the app – you must reindex your Jira instance (or at least all the Service Management projects). Until this operation is performed, some of the statistics based on SLA fields might not return correct results
Compatibility Matrix
In order for the two apps to work correctly together, for each Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards version there is a minimum Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards version that should already be installed. Please see below the version compatibility matrix between Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards and Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards:
