Installation & Compatibility
Rich Filters::PDF Reports for Jira is an extension of the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app. If you are not already familiar with the rich filters, you should first have a look at the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards documentation.
Installation
The app may be installed from the Atlassian Marketplace or from the Find new add-ons page of your Jira instance.
Before installing Rich Filters:: PDF Reports for Jira, you must have a compatible Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app version already installed and licensed (see the compatibility matrix below).
Compatibility Matrix
In order for the two apps to work correctly together, for each Rich Filters:: PDF Reports for Jira version there is a minimum Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards version that should already be installed. Please see below the version compatibility matrix between the two apps:
