Third-Party App Support
The Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app provides integration support with other Jira apps available on the Atlassian Marketplace. Below is the list of third-party apps we integrate with and a description of the integration level we provide.
Integration notice
We do our best to integrate with the third-party apps below. However, we cannot guarantee that future modifications by their owners will not break the integration. In case of conflicts in the integration with multiple versions of the same app, we will do our best to provide support for the latest version of each app.
Dynamic filter support
The performance of the dynamic filters based on custom fields from third-party apps (display/search speed) depends entirely on the configuration and implementation of the third-party custom fields. When used as a dynamic filter, the fields will perform exactly the same as those used in Jira's native Issue Navigator and Issue Statistics gadget. If one of the fields in the controller is slow to display, then the entire controller display is delayed.
Also, when troubleshooting problems related to dynamic filtering on fields/searchers provided by third-party apps, it is important to ensure the field and searcher are correctly configured. For this, please make sure the field's options are displayed correctly in the 'Issue Statistics' native Jira gadget.
