Rich Filter Extensions

A Rich Filter Extension is a separate Jira app installed on top of the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app to extend the rich filters and rich filter gadgets with new specific functionality. Each extension needs to be installed and licensed separately. Currently, there are three rich filter extensions:

• Rich Filters: Time Tracking Dashboards

This extension enhances the existing rich filters and gadgets by adding statistics, charts, and filtering capabilities based on work logs. It allows you to easily build dashboards for time tracking purposes, where you can quickly visualize how time was spent by a user or group of users during a particular time period for a given project or group of issues. • Rich Filters: Service Management Dashboards

This extension adds functionality specific to Jira Service Management on top of rich filters and gadgets. More precisely, you can add statistics and dynamic filters based on Service Management fields (Customer Request Type, Organizations), you can display statistics and time series based on Service Management SLA field values (SLA Completed, Met, Breached, %Met, %Breached, Average), and more.

• Rich Filters::PDF Reports for Jira

This extension enhances the rich filter gadgets by adding export to PDF reporting functionality. Users can easily export any rich filter gadget or entire Jira dashboards containing rich filter gadgets to PDF.
