On a blank page, create a Redirect macro.
In the Edit 'Redirect' Macro dialog box, enter the page or URL you want to redirect to in the Location field.
You may also set the following parameters:
Attachment - Selecting this will redirect a page to an attachment on another page.
Delay - This is the amount in seconds to delay before the browser redirects the user.
Visible - Selecting this will display a brief message on the page that is being redirected. This option is enabled by default.
Click Done when you are satisfied.

To redirect to an attachment on the Cloud version, you can use the Confluence Attachment parameter.
For example, if you want to redirect to the attachment Q4_2018-Sales.xlsx which is located on the page Quarterly Sales Reports:
