This release includes Customer Portal enhancements and bug fixes for field handling and Live Fields functionality.

Enhancements

Customer Portal now supports URL parameter field values

Enhanced the Customer Portal request creation process to allow field values to be pre-populated by passing parameters in the URL. This improvement enables users to create direct links that automatically fill in specific field values when customers access the portal to create new requests, streamlining the request submission process and reducing manual data entry.

Bug fixes

The following bugs are fixed in this release:

• Fixed lfHide clearing field values after form submission: Resolved an issue where using lfHide on the Edit screen would cause field values to be lost when the form was submitted.

• Fixed non-editable PCF Interval field interfering with Live Fields mechanism: Resolved an issue where readonly Power Custom Fields Interval fields were disrupting the Live Fields functionality.

• Fixed PCF fields resetting to original issue values after failed validation: Resolved issue where Power Custom Fields would revert to their original issue values on Transition and Create screens when form validation failed.
