Global configuration (JIRA Administrator)

There are currently 2 global configuration items available to be set:

Prepend name

this text will be prepended to all notification schemes created through the Project Notification Editor plugin. If this value is change - the notification schemes will be updated to reflect the change.

Max number of users in group

This value will restrict the number of users in a group that can be added through the Project Notification Editor interface. If a project administrator tries to add a notification for a group which has more users than this setting is configured to allow then a validation error will be shown to the project administrator and the group will not be added. The group can still be added through the regular JIRA notification editing. The reason for this setting is to avoid somebody accidentally adding the entire JIRA user base. It encourages a certain level of oversight on mass notifications. However, you can put a large number in this field to avoid collisions, if desired.
