Managing Component Schemes (2.3)

Component Schemes are collections of component entries that can be used when a project is created.

Creating a new Component Scheme

  • From the Cog menu , choose Add-ons.
  • Locate the Project Creator section in the left sidebar and choose Configuration to display the Configuration page.
  • From the Component Schemes tab,
    • Supply a user-friendly name for the Component Scheme.
    • Click the Add button ().

Editing, copying or deleting an existing Component Scheme

From the Component Schemes tab,

  • Click Edit () next to an existing Component Scheme to edit that scheme. You can then add any number of component names and descriptions, and then click Done to save your changes.
  • Click Delete () next to an existing Component Scheme to delete that scheme.
  • Click Copy () next to an existing Component Scheme to copy that scheme.
  • Hover over the Name or Description field of an existing Component Scheme and click the pencil icon () to edit the scheme name inline. Then, click Save () to save your changes or Revert () to discard your changes.


Editing a Component Scheme does not affect any projects previously created using that scheme.
