OKR AI helps you generate key results quickly and with less manual effort. Based on your objective’s summary and description, it suggests up to five relevant key results you can review, refine, and add in just a few clicks.

How to use OKR AI
The Suggest key results button appears below each objective unless disabled by your Jira admin.
The first time you access the app with OKR AI enabled, you’ll be asked to review and accept the Appfire AI terms.
To use the feature, follow the steps outlined below:
Create an objective in the OKRs for Jira app.
Click the Suggest key results button below the objective.
OKR AI analyzes your objective and suggests up to 5 key results.
Select the ones you want. You can also click on the suggestion to edit it.
Use the Refine button to improve or customize the suggestions.
Once you click Create KRs, the key results will automatically align under your main objective.
Each user gets 1,000 AI credits per month, renewed automatically on the 1st. If your credits run out, the feature is temporarily disabled until your balance refreshes.
How to manage OKR AI
Jira admins can enable or disable the feature at any time:
Go to Apps > OKR.
In the side menu, select Settings.
Under General, toggle off Enable OKR AI (AI Beta) to disable it.
AI suggestions can occasionally be incomplete or imprecise. As this feature is currently in beta, results may vary.
