  1. Create a space template named Product template and populate it with the base structure for the product pages.

  2. Create a page named Products and insert the Add Page macro.

  3. For the Create link text parameter, enter Create a product page.
Confluence users will see this text when viewing the link on the page.

  4. To configure the base structure for the generated pages, specify the following Page source parameters:

    • Set Source type to Template/blueprint to use a Confluence template as the base for the new pages.

    • From the Source drop-down list, select the Confluence template you created in step 1, that is, Product template.

  5. For the Parent parameter, leave the default Current page value.
This setting creates new pages as child pages of the page that hosts the link.

  6. Expand the Configure page title prefix/postfix section and set the Page title prefix parameter to Product - . This setting ensures that all new pages are named Product - <Product Name>.

    • The titles of all pages begin with Product.

    • The editor can add the specific product name to the page title.

  7. For the Labels parameter, enter product.
This setting adds the product label to the new pages.

  8. Click Insert.

  9. Optionally, insert the Child Pages macro.

  10. Click Publish.
