Implementation of new Jira APIs

Endpoint Replacements: Replaced POST /rest/api/{2|3|latest}/search with POST /rest/api/{2|3|latest}/search/jql for JQL Search and POST /rest/api/{2|3|latest}/expression/eval with POST /rest/api/{2|3|latest}/expression/evaluate.
Data consistency and bulk fetch: New endpoints for improved consistency through POST /rest/api/{2|3|latest}/issue/bulkfetch, allowing bulk retrieval of issue details with parallel requests.
