Notify When Field Set in Transition post function

This post function notifies a specified group when a field has been set in a transition.

How to add the Notify When Field Set in Transition post function

1. Open the workflow where you want to add the condition and locate the transition you want.

2. Switch to the Post Functions tab.

3. Click the Add post function button.

   Open

   

4. Select JEP - Notify When Field Set in Transition Post Function and click the Add button.

   Open

   

5. Select the field and project role.

   Open

   

6. Fill in the subject and body of the email template.

7. Click the Add button.

8. Publish the workflow.

The post function will now be added to the transition.
