Use this post function to update any non-calculated custom field within a linked issue, with a value from the current issue.
How to add the Update Linked Issue Custom Field With Current Issue post function
Open the workflow where you want to add the condition and locate the transition you want.
Switch to the Post Functions tab.
Click the Add post function button.
Select JEP - Update Linked Issue Custom Field With Current Issue post function and click the Add button.
Fill in the form:
Select the custom field to be updated in the linked issue.
Specify the link type that connects the issues.
Define the link direction (inward or outward).
Decide whether to trigger an Issue Updated event for the updated linked issues.
Click the Add button.
Publish the workflow.
This post function can be added more than once.
