Two-Dimensional JEP Custom Field Filter gadget

The Two-Dimensional JEP Custom Field Filter Gadget displays JEP custom fields within a two-dimensional filter statistics view. Unlike Jira’s built-in Two-Dimensional Filter Statistics Gadget, which does not support some custom fields, this gadget supports JEP User and Date custom fields and provides a daily, weekly, or monthly matrix (for example, Resolution User vs. Resolution Date).

How to add the Two-Dimensional JEP Custom Field Filter gadget to your dashboard

1. Open the dashboard and click the Add Gadget button.

2. In the gadget search bar, enter JEP - Two-Dimensional JEP Custom Field Filter gadget.

3. Click the Add gadget button near the gadget.

4. Configure the gadget:

   Open

   

   • Project or saved filter: Select a project or a saved filter.

   • JEP User custom field: Choose a previously defined User/Group custom field (see User/Group custom fields).

   • JEP Date custom field: Select a previously defined Date custom field (see Date custom fields).

   • Daily, Weekly, or Monthly: The Time interval used to group the values can be daily, weekly, or monthly.

   • x-y axis: Define which field (User or Date) appears on the X or Y axis.

   • Days previously: Filter issues based on their creation date relative to today.

   • Custom gadget title: Enter a title for the gadget as it will appear on your dashboard.

   • Refresh interval: Select how often you would like this gadget to update.

5. Click Save.

The gadget displays a matrix where user and date-based statistics are visualized in a two-dimensional format. Use it to analyze user-based activity trends over time.
