Time in Status gadget

The Time in Status gadget displays the total or average time an issue has spent in a specified status. This calculation is based on your company's working calendar.

How to add the Time in Status gadget to your dashboard

1. Open the dashboard and click the Add Gadget button.

2. In the gadget search bar, enter JEP - Time in Status Chart. 

3. Click the Add gadget button near the gadget.

4. Configure the gadget:

   Open

   

   • Project or saved filter: Select a project or a saved filter.

   • Status: Select the status that you want to measure the amount of time spent within.

   • Grouping field: Select the field by which the Time in Status Gadget is grouped.

   • Calendar: Select a working calendar.

   • Days previously: Filter issues based on their creation date relative to today.

   • Custom gadget title: Enter a title for the gadget as it will appear on your dashboard.

   • Results mode: You can either pick user details or only aggregated results.

   • Time format: Select the time format.

   • Show total times: Select whether you want to see a total times row.

   • Refresh interval: Select how often you would like this gadget to update.

5. Click Save.
