Resolution Time gadget

The Resolution Time gadget measures the time elapsed between an issue's creation and resolution.
Why use this gadget?
While similar to Jira’s built-in resolution time gadget, this version offers:
Working calendar support to factor in business hours and holidays.
Average resolution time grouped by day, week, month, or year.
Additional features for enhanced tracking and reporting.
How to add the Resolution Time gadget to your dashboard
Open the dashboard and click the Add Gadget button.
In the gadget search bar, enter
JEP - Resolution Time Bar Chart.
Click the Add gadget button near the gadget.
Configure the gadget:
Project or saved filter: Select a project or a saved filter.
Weekly/Monthly: Select whether you want to display results weekly or monthly.
Select JEP Resolution Time custom field: Select a Resolution Time Custom Field that has been defined previously (see Resolution Time Custom Field).
Time interval: This displays each issue as daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly to group response times and calculate the average.
Days previously: Filter issues based on their creation date relative to today.
Custom gadget title: Enter a title for the gadget as it will appear on your dashboard.
Refresh interval: Select how often you would like this gadget to update.
Click Save.

The gadget displays a bar chart of resolution times. Each bar is clickable; clicking a bar navigates to the Issue Navigator for detailed insights.
