The Clone Plus for Jira Cloud app allows you to duplicate an issue within a project by copying the information, such as Attachments, Comments, Subtasks, Links, Worklogs, Watchers, Components, Versions, and so on.

Bulk clone up to 1000 issues at a time.
Clone an issue to the same or different project/issue types.
Clone an epic and all its child issues.
Enhanced and customized clone operations to support many use cases and workflow requirements.
