Bug fixes

The following issues are fixed in this release:

• Unrecognized link type names: Clone Plus now shows a warning on the clone screen when a clone configuration references a link type name that Jira no longer recognizes. Previously, the clone could complete without a link and without an explanation.

• Issue type includes configuration: Fixed an issue where the issueTypeIncludes configuration didn't work with substitution variables, such as %original_issuetype%. The Issue Type dropdown on the Clone Plus screen now shows the intended issue types.

• Epic Link field copying: Fixed an issue where the Epic Link field was copied inconsistently when cloning a story to an epic. The field is now copied consistently when the Copy epic link option is selected, regardless of where you start the clone operation.

• Multi-select and checkbox custom fields: Fixed an issue where multi-select and checkbox custom fields could be left empty when values were set in clone configuration and the field was also listed in ignoreFields. Clone Plus now applies the configured values to the cloned issue.
