This page provides details to clone active, future, and completed sprints.

Prerequisites

Ensure the copy sprint option is enabled for your clone operation. For example for the Clone+ clone operation:

option.copySprint = true
option.copyCompletedSprints = true

Steps

Select an issue you want to clone in your Jira instance. For example, consider an issue with the sprints as shown in the following image.
In the top of the issue, click More > Clone+.
In the Clone page, select the Copy Sprint and Include Completed Sprints clone options, and the values for all the remaining fields as required.
Click Create.
The issue is cloned as configured and displayed.

If you do not want to clone the completed sprints, clear the Include Completed Sprints checkbox.
