In the upcoming release, Clone Plus for Jira Cloud will allow you to clone checklist items from the Checklists for Jira app.

• When you clone an issue, the Reporter is automatically updated to the current user. As per the correct functionality, the Reporter should be kept same as the in the original issue, and should be editable if required.
