More file formats

This version add in support for Ruby, Perl and other languages using #-based comment styles.

Commit warnings

Technical Debt Tracker for Bitbucket Server will now add  new column to the Commits page showing you when:

• A commit modifies a file that hasn't been changed in 30 days.
• A commit has the same commit message as the previous commit of one of the files in the commit.

This behavior has to be enabled in the the configuration area of the add-on.

Column display

On a per repository basis, you can now indicate which columns should appear on the Tasks tab.
