Make imported risks visible
If you’re unable to see your imported risks in the Risk Register, you may have filters or issue limitations blocking their visibility. To resolve this, clear unnecessary filters and ensure the correct issue types are selected.
Clear your filters
If you have a different project, issue type, or any other parameters applied in the filters that don’t match your risks, you will be unable to see your risks. To fix this:
In the Risk Register, click Clear filters.
Reapply filters, making sure to only apply filters that match the parameters of your risks.
Select the correct issue types in Risk Register settings
In the Risk Register, click Settings > General settings > Issue Types.
Add the issue types you want displayed on the register. Make sure the issue types you want to display are selected.
