Update the Priority score of the issue
The priority score is automatically calculated based on the defined scoring formula and metric assigned to the issue. To change the Priority score, you need to update the relevant metrics.
You can update and view the issue's Priority score from two places:
In the Priorities table
In the Priority score field in the issue detail
Update priorities from the Priorities table
Navigate to the project, and in the project menu, find the Priorities tab. Here, you can see all the issues from the project.
Use filters to look for the issue’s metrics you want to update.
Click Metrics and assign the value you want. The score is automatically recalculated.

Navigate to the issue detail. The Priority score field is in the right panel.
Click Priority score to view the priority score.
Click Metrics and assign the values you want. The score is automatically recalculated.
The priority score of the issue only shows if all metrics are filled.
