User attributes
By importing custom attributes—or adding them manually—you can now analyze your data across dimensions such as location, role, employment type, and seniority. Since your primary sources of truth, such as Workday, already contain this information, these updates allow you to drill down into your reports with greater precision.
This added flexibility provides deeper insights into your organizational performance and offers significant value by allowing you to tailor your analytics to your specific enterprise needs.
With user attributes, you can filter and group your reports, and then compare and analyze them.
