Flow Support and documentation are now in Appfire

As of April 24, 2025, Flow’s support and documentation experiences are now hosted in Appfire. Going forward, you should create all Support tickets in the new Appfire Flow Support portal. Use this portal to track your ticket progress and see information about all of your tickets in one place. You will be able to access all tickets you’ve either created or been added to. If you have any open tickets already, they will be migrated to the new Appfire Support experience and our Support team will continue working on them.

The new Support portal is an authenticated experience. To create a ticket you must sign in with your Atlassian credentials or create an account when prompted. These credentials are separate from the credentials you use to access Flow.

The Help Center has also moved into Appfire’s documentation site. This changes where you access articles and resources, but the content will remain the same. New content will continue to be added to reflect updates to your Flow experience and give you the information you need to best use Flow.

  • To ensure you receive email updates about your tickets, add flow-support@appfire.comto your list of trusted senders. If you’re having a hard time finding replies to your tickets, check your spam folder.

  • Bookmark the new links to the Help Center and Support portal so you can find them when you need them. If you already have bookmarked links, update them to have the best experience going forward.

We’re excited to give you access to these new experiences and look forward to additional improvements in the future. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to your Flow contact or submit a Support ticket.
