Confluence Integration

This page is about Easy Integrations for Jira Cloud. Using Jira On-Prem? Click the On-Prem button above.

Easy Integrations for Jira Cloud can be seamlessly linked with our adapter cloud app, "Easy Integrations for Confluence Cloud," to enhance collaboration and workflow management. This integration enables Jira Cloud to create or update Confluence pages within the same sub-domain, streamlining communication and documentation processes.

Prerequisites

Jira Cloud connect apps lack access to Application links, and cross-product APIs are not enabled. The Jira app cannot call Confluence APIs directly. Therefore, the "Easy Integrations for Confluence Cloud" app is essential. When installed, it grants the Jira app the ability to call Confluence APIs with the permissions provided by the Confluence app.

Ensure you have the following prerequisites before proceeding with the integration:

  • Access to Confluence Cloud

  • Access to Jira Cloud
