AI assistant
The AI assistant function is now rolling out and is available only to some customers.
The AI assistant function is available on the Cloud platform only.
The AI chatbot is designed to help you quickly find answers regarding BigPicture without leaving the app. It is based on our product documentation and provides context suggestions so you can easily explore relevant topics.
Access
Click the AI assistant icon in the window's upper-right corner to open the AI assistant.
Use the preloaded suggestions or type in your question. Then, you can also ask follow-up questions.
What the chatbot can do
Suggest relevant documentation pages based on your questions.
Help you understand product features in more detail.
Offer guidance on exploring new functionality or adjacent use cases.
What the chatbot cannot do
It does not pull information from your individual Jira environment.
It does not read or access your company’s BigPicture instance.
It does not read the data displayed within BigPicture.
It cannot resolve very custom implementations or data-specific issues. For those, please contact our Support Team or use the in-app chat.
