New
New homepage
The new homepage is available
rolling out
The new homepage helps you easily navigate to your work. The Dashboard is divided into three sections:
Quick links - first, select a module you want to see, then select a box.
Recent - links based on your recent activity.
My favorites - the list of boxes you have added to your favorites.
How to access the new homepage?
In the Overview module of the main/home box, click Try the new homepage.
Note: Box switcher is unavailable on the new homepage view.
Enhancements
Gantt module’s timeline
Expand/Collapse sub-tasks on the Gantt timeline
You can expand and collapse sub-tasks on the task timeline.
Right-click tasks without dates on the Gantt timeline
Right-click on the Gantt timeline to open the task details window for a task without dates.
Click Edit to open the task details window (available for basic tasks and Jira work items)
Click Open Jira window to open the Jira window for a given work item.

Clonning
Skill field is copied during scope cloning
Now, when you clone tasks from one box to another, the skill field is also cloned.
Built-in fields
A built-in “Sprint” field has been added
It displays the name of the Jira sprint in which the task is. If the task is not in any sprint, the field displays an empty value.
The field is editable. Selecting a sprint will assign the task to the selected sprint in Jira.
Note: Closed sprints are not available on the list.
A built-in “Priority” field has been added
An editable built-in Priority field has been added. You can now set priorities on basic tasks, giving you more control and clarity when managing work.
New view of the Resources module
Click the timeline to automatically adjust the time range of the grid
Click a time period to automatically set the displayed date range to a:
quarter
mondth
week
Aggregation:
If aggregation is less than or equal to the selected time range, it remains unchanged.
If aggregation is greater than the selected time range, it changes to match the time range.
Timebox schedule
Convert existing timeboxes into a Global Timebox Schedule

You can turn your existing boxes into a reusable schedule.
Click Convert timeboxes.
Set a timebox schedule name and choose a box as the origin for the schedule.
If any local team is associated with the box set for conversion, the following step is displayed:
A local team with a unique code (no global team with the same code) can be converted to global and used in a timebox schedule. Be aware that teams converted to global are available in other boxes to be assigned to them.
A local team with a code same as a global team cannot be converted.
You can either convert or not all the related team - there is not option to choose just a few of them.In the next step, set the box type mapping:
In the next step, you can see a schedule structure based on the chosen box. Click Convert or go back to change details:
Now, the box is being converted which is signaled by the loading icon in the box schedule list. During this time, the origin box is not deactivated in the box lists:
When the conversion is finished, the new option is available in the timebox schedule list:
Preview the timebox schedule before creating a box

A user without admin permissions can click Preview details of the timebox schedules to open a modal with the list of existing timebox schedules. Click the name of a schedule to see more details.
Limitations of the preview:
No button “Add new”
No column with assigned boxes
No three dots to manage a schedule
Convert local teams to global when converting boxes to a new timebox schedule
A local team with a unique code (no global team with the same code) can be converted to global and used in a timebox schedule.

The timebox schedule can be accessed and managed from the Overview module, Board module, and Objectives module.
Note: Admin permissions required.
