Goals types
goals can be based on Jira work items or created as basic goals that do not sync with Jira and other connected tools, and defined as Regular or Uncommitted.
Goals' lifecycle
The lifecycle of goals refers to statuses your box goals go through from the initial open state, through the continuation up to completion or failure.
Achievement of goals
The Achievement feature helps you track the progress of your goals and calculate the planned vs. actual business value metric.
