How to upgrade database scheme
What database will be affected?
The database upgrade is carried out in BigPicture and applies to apps hosted in the data center.
Do I have to make any changes manually?
The whole process is fully automated, and you don't have to change the version of your database (if your Jira database works, our plugin's database will also work).
What does the 'review all changes' link refer to?
The message you have received provides only information about data structure changes in our tables.
To avoid misunderstanding, we display information about the plugin database schema version that will make the whole process more transparent and intuitive for our customers.
Why should I create a backup of Jira data?
We recommend this step as a precaution.
Upgrade confirmation
