Filters can be used by all users.
You can filter tasks by any task field:
Jira field

Filters apply to all task types:
Jira issue-based tasks, milestones, versions, components, etc.

User management
BigPicture can automatically restore an archived user
When a user was automatically archived, but Jira informs that the user is active again, BigPicture restores such a user (this doesn’t work for users archived manually).
A user is restored to all teams they were in at the time of archiving.
You can restore an archived user, even if they added leave during the archive period. In such a situation, BigPicture does not add special leave for the archiving time. If the user did not have any holidays during this time, BigPicture adds a special holiday for the archiving time.
BigPicture remembers whether a user was archived manually (by admin) or automatically (by BigPicture). All archives performed until now will be considered as manual archives.
Note: you can’t add absences to archived users
Teams
Team codes can contain spaces
Team codes can contain spaces. For mapping to the Labels field, ‘space’ character will be converted to ^ character.
Note: BigPicture won’t accept “^” characters in Team Codes.
Data residency
Data residency settings are available to everyone
Previously, only BigPicture Enterprise users could customize the region where they store their product data.
