Unable to Attach Files on Composition Cloud

Summary

Upon attaching a file on the Tabs macro, the process continuously spins in Uploading files state.

• Confluence and Composition Cloud

• Firefox Browser version 78.x or bellow

Diagnostics Steps

Cause

This is due to an older version of Firefox (For example: Firefox 68.7esr).

Workaround

Not applicable. 

Resolution

Please upgrade to the latest Firefox version 78.0 or later.
