  2. Log in and choose Install in Production or Install in Sandbox.

  3. Review the terms and conditions, then click Confirm and Install to move to the Package Installation Landing Page:

  4. You are provided with 3 options:

    • Install for Admins Only

    • Install for All Users

    • Install for Specific Profiles...
If you choose Install for Admins Only, be aware of these limitations:
Only Salesforce Admins can be used as integration users to set up a connection to Salesforce.
Only Salesforce Admins can view the content of the lightning components, even when it is added to the Salesforce Object layouts.
Standard users may also encounter errors, as shown in this KB page.
Salesforce Professional editions only have option two available.

  5. Choose the option you want and click Install.
Salesforce will send you an email notifying you when the Salesforce Package is ready.

  6. After the Salesforce Package is ready and installed, click Done to move to the Installed Packages screen:

  7. Add a Remote Site to allow a connection from the Salesforce Package to your Jira.
If you're using Jira Cloud, the Salesforce Package must connect to an intermediary server we host. See Security statement for more information.
