Filter Salesforce Comments in Jira Issues

Filter Salesforce Comments in Jira Issues

Salesforce comments within Jira can be filtered by administrators using hashtags (for example, #jira, #jira-servicedesk, #sfjc). This page shows you how to add hashtag filters, and view filtered comments in Jira.

Add hashtag filters in Jira

  1. Go to Settings > Apps, and then in the sidebar, under Connector for Salesforce, click Connections.

  2. Choose the connection you wish to configure and click Configure.

Filtered comments appear in a Jira Issue based on the Comment Privacy settings and the hashtags configured by the administrator (see above).
