Managing Templates

All of your templates can be accessed via your Jira project menu’s Canned Responses > Templates screen. Here you can see, create, edit, and remove templates. Alternatively, you can access this screen via the Manage button in the CR section.
1. Templates – This screen holds all your templates and signatures, and it can be viewed by anyone on your team.
2. Filters – Type the name of the template you’re looking for, and/or use the filters to refine your view.
3. Name – The name of the template.
4. Star – Click to add a template to your favorites. The favorited templates will appear in the quick toolbar, allowing you to use them with one click.
5. Visibility – The visibility scope of the template is displayed here.
6. Content – The content of the template is displayed for easy identification.
7. Actions – The number of automated actions a template has will appear here. Hover over the number of actions to see the details.
8. icon – Here you can find options to view the statistics of a template, duplicate it, edit it, or remove it (which cannot be undone).

9. Create template – Click to create a new template, which will appear on the Templates list, as well as the dropdown in the CR section.
